Not pleased with how long it took to arrive. Ordered May 11, didn't ship until May 15 or 16, and didn't arrive until May 23. While we like the coffee, taking that long to process and receive is inexcusable.

I'm not a fan of plain coffee, but when it comes to espresso and lattes I'm all in. The bitter taste with a sweet hint is a perfect pick me up morning noon or night and even better made into a wonderful latte

We have used whole bean espresso for about 6 years. Something has changed, the coffee is bitter. Did Starbucks change the coffee supplier? If so, please change back

This is my favorite of the coffee's to choose from. It's great drip machine but on the weekends i'll use the coffee press and it brings out the flavors even more so. Bold, tasty, its coffee w/a zip.

Thought I was getting the white box like the one pictured above which is what I usually order but it came in a black box not sure I'm getting the right product did you change your Packaging

Will not make the mistake of ordering this coffee again. The only coffee nastier than this is the Fair Trade Italian Roast coffee. I have to mix this with another brand coffee in order not to waste money spent.

I couldn't be happier with this system, and the taste of these pods. It is such a convenience to have the machine, and actual Starbucks espresso at your fingertips!

I bought the Verisimo machine last year and instantly fell in love. This espresso roast is rich and full of all the right flavor. I buy it in the largest quantity because I want to be able to make one for myself every morning.

A double espresso using these pods makes my mornings go so much better! It's convenient and easy to make in my espresso machine and the taste is incredible!
