I'm on auto delivery but ran low because I had company and made extra espresso shots. Just pop a pod or 2 into the verisimo, add soy milk and I'm in business. No waiting in line and I can have my latte while I'm still in my jammies. What's not to love?

This stuff tastes burnt and stinks. If you want espresso you need to buy it from a specialty roaster. (I ran out of my normal so I was desperate) I'm not sure if they intend for this to be drip only coffee and just call it espresso or not. This is in no way what they serve in their store. Do not put this in an espresso machine and expect good results. (Whole bean version ground fresh in my bur grinder)

4 stars when brewed with a cheap french press, 5 stars when brewed with my fancy DeLonghi espresso machine I received as a Christmas gift. What I've learned throughout the years is the taste of the brew is reliant upon the person's handling expertise. First...make sure your grinding the beans enough but not too much. There are guides floating around out there regarding equipment and whether using a coarse or fine size is best. Second...the fresher the bean the better tasting. Third...I question your review if you're brewing out of a Keurig. Those pods are incomparable, worthless, and wasteful. If correctly and timely brewed the taste is excellent.

I really like the intense flavor of this, but I noticed that I was getting bad headaches after drinking it. So I switched to another flavor, headaches gone. Then I recently bought Espresso again and the headaches came back. So, I’ve stopped buying it. Now i buy Sumatra; no headaches. P.s. when I get an Americano and Espresso Macchiato in the store, I don’t get any headaches. Only from this at-home bag. I don’t know what is in this to cause headaches.

We have a Breville espresso maker and needed ground beans. I bought Espresso Roast, glad to be able to get good beans for a change without having to drive 20 minutes. When I opened the bag the grind was large, like for a coffee maker. Why would espresso be ground for drip coffee? If you want dark roast, there are other options, this should be ground finer, otherwise it's a waste.

Everyone enjoyed the robust taste. My spouse has an espresso maker and says the grounds are not fine enough for the machine. We’d only brew in a regular coffee maker.

Just received the Starbucks expresso roast beans that I ordered. I am shocked and disappointed that Sam's Club is mailing out coffee that is past the use by date. I've never seen this happen. It must have been sitting around a long time. I think I'll return it for a fresh bag. What a hassle.
