Amazingly rich and very fragrant coffee. To brew a pot or a shot, espresso blend is to awaken a festival of senses. The smell is refreshing, the taste is envigorating and even the texture has you wanting more. With dark, strong, earthy almost woody flavor it's sure to please.

I do a pour-over for practically all my coffee. 19 grams of hand-ground coffee, 360 grams of filtered water, and pour it in concentric circles at 195 degrees within 105 seconds of brewing time. I bought the Espresso for a stove-top express device. But I used it for my pour-over and was pleasantly surprised. It is a dark roast for sure, but it has a bouquet and taste that is surprisingly complex.

We love all of the verissimo pods, but especially like the espresso versions. My only complaint is, for some reason many of the pods popped open so the grounds came out into the cup, which ruined it. Considering it's about $1/cup, we were disappointed by this.

I purchased the Verissmo with the hope that I could enjoy starbuck latte's at home - unfortunately the milk pods for the verissmo aren't that great. The good news is that the expresso is great and you can just buy one of those frothing pitchers and use fresh milk/ or half and half and feel like you are in starbucks. Of course, I could also have saved a small fortune on the machine and just used any other single cup brewer that uses starbucks expresso.

i LOVE espresso roast from starbucks; i drink it every morning, but i make it in either a french press or drip maker(depends how much time i have, being i am ocd about cleaning up the filter right after). my other two favorites are french roast and italian

Ordered Espresso Whole Beans due to promotion, but alway5s mystified why bagged espresso never has the flavor and tastiness of the espresso used in stores from their 5 lb. bags? Whenever possible, I buy 2 or 3 lbs at stores and request from their store's 5 lb. bag which is significantly more flavorful. WHY the difference

It's strong enough to start my day but not so strong that I have the jitters. It's replaced my regular coffee as my new go to. #freesample

This espresso roast is strong but not overpowering. I loved it in my morning protein shake (a pro-fee you can say lol) definitely gave me a wake up boost without jitters. #ad

I use this in my verisimo, using the coffee button. It's my morning wake up. Often times you don't offer other espresso's online or even in stores. I wish you would have more options when it comes to espresso. I drink this 2 - 5 times a day depending on my schedule at home.

I use 2 shots of espresso, classic syrup and milk to make a cold drink. Or 1 shot espresso and 6ounces of milk for a warm drink in the mornings. The pods are extremely convenient in helping me make these great wake up drinks. Buying them in bulk makes it cheaper. I like them.
