Whole bean ... we grind fresh every morning. If any is leftover, we use for iced coffee and it does not sour like many pre-ground coffees

I love the espresso roast. Bold and strong but not bitter. Drink it all the time. Makes a good cup of jo.

When I can't get out, I use 2 pods, 10-12 oz of hot water from the machine and I've got instant Grande Americano Bliss :)
