Starbucks French Roast K-Cups are one of my favorite coffees to use in my Keurig in the mornings when getting ready for work. I love bold coffees and this one is smoky and bold. It tastes delicious - I add just a touch of cream - and really is a rich flavorful cup to savor and start my day off well.

I needed some cups and just bought this My Wife and I just got a mini-Keurig for our R/V to replace an older coffee maker. We got some French Roast. I'd have to say it is exceptionally delicious. Very robust flavor and exactly strong enough for a good wake-up cup.

I bought this product to give it to my dad as I greet him on Veterans Day. He was so glad when he saw it and that made me really happy! I thought he's gonna consume it for like 1 week or two but I forgot that he's a coffee lover and he said that he really liked the flavor that he used it in just three days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Starbucks French roast kcup is one of the best pod coffees I have tried. The flavor is deep and rich and the smell it puts out when brewing is very exciting. It also makes a very strong cup of coffee.

An excellent roast for anyone who loves coffee with a strong, smoky, an almost dark chocolately taste with just the right amount of bitterness. It should be enjoyed black to fully appreciate it''s taste and flavor. Adding cream and/or sugar would be insulting to such a wonderful roast. Using a French press to make coffee with Starbucks French Roast is by far the best way to truly appreciate this roast!

I have been drinking dark roast coffees since the initial coffee revolution in the early 1980s. In the past fifteen years, my spouse and I have pretty much steadied upon Starbuck's French Roast as our "go to" coffee. We purchase Starbuck's French Roast K cups in bulk. Recently, we made coffee and to my dismay, there was a hint of chicory in the coffee. Since we only make French Roast, this was not due to bleed over from some other deviant coffee. Either Starbucks allowed some chicory to bleed over into their French Roast production process or they are trying to reduce the cost of materials by blending in some chicory filler. Ugh. I can still taste that awful chicory on my palate.

I can't believe such a major company could make such a blunder by discontinuing the ONLY coffee you carried that was worth buying. I just tried the Italian Roast (way too bitter and lacking any real flavor) and the Cafe Verona (wow - what a HORRIBLE lingering aftertaste). So, I no longer have to make the drive to any of your locations. Never minded the trip when you actually had something I 'really' wanted. A company with your kind of cash flow should be able to handle a 'sluggish' selling item (and I will 'never' believe that this brand wasn't selling.) Clueless. Period.
