I used to drink Foldgers French Roast (ground) coffee, then I decided to try Starbucks Whole Bean French Roast, and my mornings are much better now that I am drinking Starbucks French Roast. I have tried other Starbucks Roasts, but I think that the Fench Roast is the perfect Roast for me, because it is bold and it tastes amazing. I recommend this Roast to any person looking for a Bold and Flavorful Roast from Starbucks.

Its nice that it's pre-ground so no grinder is necessary. Pre-ground is great for travelling when access to a grinder may be limited.

It has a strong rich taste. Definitely a good choice for my first cup of the day. I really enjoy the French roast flavor that has become one of my favorite. My husband and I have tried many, many brands and bold flavors. This one is just our all-time favorite. We still have some of the others in the house. But my heart sinks a little when we're out of the Starbucks French Roast and I have to settle for something else. How in the world does Starbucks do it? The flavor and aroma are stellar.

I personally like a lot of cream in my coffee, so it worked out perfectly for me. But if you don't like your coffee strong I'd suggest a lighter roast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Starbucks coffee is delicious and never disappoints. I really enjoy this French ground roast and drink it quite regularly. It is a darker roast but smooth. It really gives the pick me up that I need before starting my work day. I know this is not common for coffee products to do, but including a scoop would be great that goes along with the instructions. Just a thought. Otherwise I personally love Starbucks coffee and am never disappointed!

They were out of my normal coffee at the market, so I bought this thinking it would be okay, it's Starbucks right? Everyone loves Starbucks. NO! No this coffee tastes like dirty socks. I've tried to like it on 3 separate occasions and I can't get past the poor flavor. Maybe it would be drinkable if it was loaded with sugar, milk, caramel syrup, anything to cover the taste of dirty socks.
