The French Roast is not as rich as Pike Place and Columbia Roast. It has a slightly lighter body than the Italian Roast and stronger body than of the Veranda Blend. In a good way, it is a change in taste.

I had trouble finding Via French Roast in my groc. store, so on line it was! Haven't had any coffee so good in a long time. Especially not coffee so easy to make! That includes fresh Costa Rican coffee! Thank you!

Just got my new coffee maker. I only bought it because I knew I could use Starbucks French Roast. The K cup is just as delicious as the ground coffee I used to use. I love Starbucks French Roast! It's bold and taste like coffee!

This is one of my favorite coffees for mistos, but by itself it is just so dark. I prefer it's "sibling" coffee Verona for the slight sweetness to drink black, with a little honey or raw sugar, but French is definitely a great roast.

If you truly appreciate good, dark coffee, then this is the roast you should buy. It tastes great with flavored creamers as well as regular half-n-half, which is how I drink it. Best for morning!!!

We thoroughly enjoy the French Roast whole bean. My spouse and I prefer the very strong, flavorful, rich, whole bean coffees of Starbucks. We conveniently order online two or three bags at a time. When down to one bag we order more.
