We recently decided to cut down the caffeine a bit, although we are confirmed bold, dark coffee drinkers. Best mix so far is Verona whole bean mixed 1/3 to 1/2 with decaf espresso. Really rich and wonderful! I open coffee to make the mix and quickly bag again using a food saver system to retain freshness.

The product is excellent. However, I am still not receiving the gold star rewards for my last 3 orders. That totals 24 stars I have not received! Advertising says you will receive rewards if you are on the auto reorder program, but that only happened for the 1st order. I just received the 4th order and still no stars!!

Those little pods are just the right size for using the coffee grounds to compost your tomato plants. Just glue one on each of the big branches and your tomatos (matt-o, not mate-o) will grow bigger and healthier than ever without affecting the natural coffee flavour (vure not vore) you so deserve on your sandwiches (wishes not witches).

This is my favorite coffee! I drink it almost every day. Sometimes I drink a vanilla flavored one but more often than not, I find myself reaching for Verona. I love the subtle cocoa undertones in this coffee. Cacao beans are proven to be good for your health and so is coffee so its a good marriage between the two. It is a dark strong roast. I didn't used to like darker roasted coffee beans before I tried this but it is really awesome! Give it a try for something different and unique. It makes really good iced drinks as well. Sometimes I add a little low fat milk, a tsp of unsweetened Cacao powder and a tsp of homemade boubon vanilla in my coffee for a little extra oomph! Really awsome that way :)

This coffee is my hands down favorite. It has a wonderful chocolatey aroma and is so smooth. When I had my steam espresso machine, it was the first coffee I found that was not bitter like an espresso or french roast. It was perfect. Now that I have a pump-driven espresso machine it's a little on the mild side, but still a favorite and my go-to bean for regular coffee.

Verona has been my favorite coffee since I discovered it 20 years ago. Recently I was forced to give up caffeine for medical reasons so I started to look for Verona decaf only to find it has been discontinued! I have used Verona exclusively for years and to try to find a replacement is going to be difficult to say the least. Starbucks please reconsider!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sure this was a good cup of coffee if made directly in Starbucks. But as a Kcup version, it was underwhelming. I don't normally drink decaf, and that could be another reason why, but it wasn't very flavorful.

I've tried a lot of coffee in my years and only 18 years old you could say I'm a fanatic. Usually I'm an extra bold person, but there's something about this coffee that makes me come back for more. By far my favorite, and it stills brings a pretty intense and rich flavor. The 12th oz goes down as quickly as the first oz. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, thanks Starbucks! :)

I have been a lover of Starbucks for years since I had my very first cup, and Cafe Verona is my #1 favorite of all. It’s very balanced, bold but not bitter, and the perfect way I start my day. I’m also a big fan of Pike Place, House Blend, and Breakfast Blend, and it is not uncommon to see all four flavors in my pantry, but Cafe Verona remains my favorite. I also love the Starbuck’s Guatemala K-Cups, but I have been unable to find for several years.

It is everything that I was looking for in a dark roasted coffee. Not too strong and not too weak. I like it so much that I bought a case of K cups to serve to my guests. I have my one pound bean bag grond so that I can use it with the K cup screen filter. Larry
