[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got Starbuck caffe Verona decaf to try. I really liked the smooth taste and no bitterness. It had full flavor and just like I like it bold. It was a great cup of coffee and bring decaf I could drink it in the evening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Starbucks Verona kcups are very simple to make. Just pop into the kcup machine and add some cream and sugar if you want it sweeter. This flavor is a dark roast so it has a bit of a burnt taste to it with some slight taste of cocoa and caramelized sugar. I would say this is a smooth coffee. Makes a great morning cup of Joe.

We have been drinking this coffee since enjoying it at Jake's restaurant in the 70's. We have been buying through all its name changes - "Jake's Blend", "80/20", and now "Caffe Verona". We have hooked many of our friends and family on this coffee and they all love and buy it. So, please don't ever stop providing this great coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a few days ago the Starbucks - SBUX KCup CAFFE VERONA and it is excellent. I take a 8oz cup of this coffee every morning now. I like the smell when I am still a bit sleepy and the taste is great. I do not take any sugar or creamer so the taste has to be well balance between acidity, roast and strongness. This coffee meets all of them!!! Furthermore the pods can be recycled. In conclusion if you are looking for a great well balanced coffee, do not hesitate to buy this one.

I've tried to enjoy this coffee over the years, but has this nasty after taste of burnt. Never understood why Starbucks burns their roasts. Maybe to hide the cheap robusto beans in the blends....If I'm forced to drink it, I will. But at least it isn't Pike's Place. That to me is an over priced version of Maxwell House.

I much prefer espresso & can't wait to get mine. I bought the Caffe Verona Pods while I wait. It's pretty good, but I can't get the caffine boost I want with it, I'd have to drink too much & I can only handle 4 pods of the Verona but 6 pods of the espresso! Bigger boost for really tired people with the espresso.

I like a good dark roast but this coffee is smooth and has a great flavor. I love the ease of having a K Cup to make a quick cup of coffee with no fuss! If you are hesitant about a darker roast, this is a good medium one to try out!
