only 4 stars because it is not my fav, it is what i drink at work , but pretty darn good, in fact i like it so much i have all the emergent serv leaders who drink coffee where i work, drinking it. good flavor, good body, nice amt of caffine but not too much and if yo drink too much not jittery...just about right, but still not my fav

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am truly enjoying the Pike Place® Roast K-Cup® Pods. The flavor is smooth and well-rounded with a powerful roasted coffee flavor. Even though it’s quite strong, it’s perfect to enjoy every day. I drink it with a creamer and it doesn’t cover the boldness. I’ll be repurchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink my coffee black and the Starbucks Pike Place roast is a little too robust for me even though the package says it is a medium roast. Starbucks coffee tend to be more stout especially in the coffee shop. It is smooth tasting to the front of the tongue but then is more bitter towards the back of the mouth and upon swallowing. I really can't taste the note of cocoa or rich praline that it claims on the package. I would probably like it more if I was a cream or milk user as that would mellow out the taste. It is great to be able to have a Starbucks coffee in a K-cup but I think in the future I will try another Starbucks K-cup selection. However, I will drink the rest of the pods!

Pikes Peak has a nice strong but mellow flavor. I have switched to using the instant coffee because it always taste fresh, never has the stale coffee flavor that coffee pots get that is impossible to get rid of, and if I want it stronger I can just add another package of VIA. I have quit brewing my own coffee because of that stale coffee flavor from the pot and have quit ordering coffee from the Starbucks stores because their coffee has that same stale coffee taste,

I was never a fan of Starbucks coffee . It tasted burnt to my taste buds and the blond was too watery. Tried this on a whim and am glad I did. It brews wonderful in a single cup machine. It is smooth full flavored and not acidic. I drink 5 to 7 cups of coffee a day and have had no tummy upset from this brew.

Got a bag of the ground from my local store. The taste has changed, you can tell just from smelling it in the bag. Pike Place no longer has a buttery smooth taste all the way through. Now, it has a harsh bitter almost burnt taste at the end! I thought I got a bad batch, but this doesn't seem to be the case as per other reviews.

The description on the coffee mentions that it has cocoa and toasted nuts but I can barely taste cocoa or nuts which is good because it doesn't take away from the taste of excellent coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Starbucks Pike Place is absolutely delicious.Starbucks products is a product you just cant go wrong with.The Pikes Place has a great flavor.It is not overly strong.It has a great chocolatey and toasted nuts flavor.I love that this comes in easy to use k-cups.Starbucks is a long time trusted brand and you know you have a good product when it has Starbucks on it.The Pikes Place is something suitable to drink day or night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great ground coffee to have on hand for drip or French press! It’s super consistent, so I always know what I’m getting, and I’ve used it for hot coffee and cold brew. Both are great for the home coffee drinker!
