Pike's Place Roast is a great mainstay coffee choice. We prefer to always keep a couple of pounds on hand. Our preferred method of preparation is via the 'old' Starbucks Utopia by Bodum coffee maker. There is simply no better way to enjoy a cup of coffee!

The description on the coffee mentions that it has cocoa and toasted nuts but I can barely taste cocoa or nuts which is good because it doesn't take away from the taste of excellent coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee is delicious. Usually, I’m not a fan of Starbucks because it tastes bitter to me and i am using the regular instant coffee. HOWEVER, these flavored kcups are great, not bitter at all. Flavors are subtle with nice variety and reasonable prices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The aroma from the grounds was nice but upon brewing the coffee it was even better. The coffee taste was rich yet balanced and had just a touch of bitterness. It wasn't overpowering and tasted amazing.

this is my back up bean, like when i forget to order soon enough, or delivery is moving at a snails pace and i run out of what i really like to drink. then this is my hold over coffee, used to be my fav untill i remembered a blend i used to make up long ago, when my kids were small(now 40's)..see kenyan and sumatran for my fav. but this gets me through be it operator error, equipment failure or natural disaster like Casscadia or the Tsunami..i work emerg. med/ecomms/ops as a mngr, yes one of those, and this is what i have at the office, ground...we all have, good stuff, indeed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went through this entire bag very quickly. We use a typical drip coffee pot and this stuff was fantastic in it. Great flavoring. Tasted exactly like going to a Starbucks. Really enjoyed it hot & the left over coffee in the fridge for an iced cold coffee later!

We were given two bags of this particular blend of Starbucks coffee and have looked in the local stores with no luck. Went online and ordered 4 bags which came in less than a week. My husband and I love our coffee. You have made us VERY happy. Thanks again

I have tried Pike coffee for a while and liked it. I am a traditional coffee drinker who likes to mix it with little amount of 2% milk. But to my surprise when asked to add little bit of warm milk, the cofee price increase by 35% which is free if added with cold milk. Adding cold milk spoils the hot coffee and has no taste. So I was wondering if that makes sense.

For years the original Pike Place Roast "smooth and balanced" was the only bean I have enjoyed. When seeing the new brown bag labeled "chocolate and toasted nut" notes, I knew I could not drink it. Flavored coffee of any kind nauseates me. I did get a bag as there was no original, and did not like the introduction of unnatural favors. Please Please Please bring back the original "smooth and balanced".

I bought a box of pikes place kcups because it was a medium roast which is what I drink in every other coffee but this was HORRIBLE, worst coffee ever and I bought a box of 32. I tried to give them to my daughter since she likes Starbucks and eben she dumped her cup saying it was bad
