I received my large order with a busted 1 lb bag of pike place blend all over everything in the box. I emailed customer service twice with no response.

The decision to go with a new look and use the cheapest beans to save a buck was a bad choice. Taste like the beans were run twice super weak. What happened ? I goto the local roasters now. Tough market guys you blew it.

Love this great-tasting product and the portable nature of the VIA concept in general. Great to take camping or anywhere the availability of palatable coffee is in question.

Similar to what others are saying, I purchased pike place as usual but this time I received a brown bag. It says it has flavors of chocolate? Was it changed? I hate it, it Tastes like hot chocolate mixed with coffee

So rich in flavor, btw I hate dark roasts with their bitter burnt taste; this is normal roast with a rich full flavor so rich i make 12 oz coffee with one kuerig. Starbucks is more expensive but worth it.

I've tried them all. Pike is the one I keep going back to. Not too strong, not too weak. Excellent flavor. Very consistent. Whenever the other coffees get to be too overwhelming, Pike Place is my Saving Grace.

Our office uses a lot of Starbuck's products. In the mornings we brew Starbucks - 3 strengths. The most popular drink is Pike Place. Once the morning rush is over and drinking slows down, we use the VIA products to save money.

Starbucks Via are super easy for vacation or any travel. Love a great cup of coffee - just take a travel mug, a few Via and voila - Yummy, anywhere, anytime !!!

I not only get a fresh Pikes Place on my way to he office bu it is the whole bean that I buy for the office and always have on hand. Really turns a stressful day around as I enjoy my afternoon coffee.

I must have a cup of Starbucks Pike Place each morning to get my day started. It is a time for me to reflect on the previous day and plan for the day ahead.
