I'm fairly new to Starbucks Coffee. Don't get me wrong, I've always loved a good specialty drink from their stores, but I've never bought and brewed at home whole bean Starbucks coffee-until now. A few weeks ago, I bought a bag of Pike Place Roast coffee, and I was not disappointed. It's certainly a darker roast than I expected, but I loved it from the first cup. It's traditional, in that it's not bogged down by a lot of added flavors, so you get to enjoy the taste of the coffee. And it's a really, really good taste. The subtle cocoa flavor is especially prominent when drinking this coffee over ice (which I found to be delicious). The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the bitter aftertaste. But nonetheless, this is a delicious coffee.

This is my favorite coffee. I usually buy it in 5# bags at store. With gas prices and the store being 30 miles away, I ordered on line this time. I was not able to get it in 5# bags. I don't like dealing with 5 bags to store. I hope I will able to order 5# bags next time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Starbucks sbux kcup pike place roast 10 count for my husband as it's his favorite coffee. The kcups are so easy and convenient to use. Clean up is easy. And cannot deny the taste! Will buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was surprised how much stronger this was Vs some of my other brands (including other Starbucks). Pay attention to the water to grounds ratio or you'll get some high end cowboy coffee. Would recommend either way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A Starbucks classic. I've enjoyed this blend for years and it remains my favorite choice. It is perfect for a morning cup of coffee. It's a medium roast with a great taste and no bitterness. My only hesitation with Pikes place is it's high price tag.

This is my favorite coffee! It has a robust flavor without being too strong. This box might sound expensive, but the price per cup is actually cheaper then going to an actual Starbucks store for a cup of coffee everyday. I brew it on the12 oz setting and it tastes just as good as when I brew it on the 10 oz. Other coffees are weak compared to this one, I hope Sam's never stops carrying this Starbucks Blend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kcup variety of Starbucks isn't horrible, but it seemed very bitter to me. I drink coffee black and this was not good black. Had to add sugar, which defeats the purpose of a good coffee. Nice try Starbucks, but not my cup of coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Starbucks Pike Place is a rich roasted coffee. Felt that it was a smooth tasting coffee. Had subtle hints of cocoa and a nutty note. I don't consider this as flavored coffee but rather a complex coffee with different notes. Great blend from Starbucks that I enjoyed.
