I am a long time Starbucks fan and I have tried lots of their great coffees. They are all good. I just tried the rare Colombian and it was smooth and flavorful, but I keep coming back to my favorite Pike Place...to me it is the best coffee SB makes, bar none. Smooth but with complex after tones, very flavorful but really crisp, not thick tasting and strong. I should just stop trying others because I really like old Pike Place.....a wonderful cup of coffee!

I drink this every morning, and try other coffee's regularly. When I come back to Pike place, I always regret not drinking it instead as my taste buds are aroused in ways other coffees could not do for me. Such a full flavor that hits many subtle notes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Starbucks brand coffee is the best there is out there. The pike place coffee flavor is one of their best flavors. I love how easy the Kcups are to use. I can easily drink 2 to 3 cups of the pike place flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink my coffee black and the Starbucks Pike Place roast is a little too robust for me even though the package says it is a medium roast. Starbucks coffee tend to be more stout especially in the coffee shop. It is smooth tasting to the front of the tongue but then is more bitter towards the back of the mouth and upon swallowing. I really can't taste the note of cocoa or rich praline that it claims on the package. I would probably like it more if I was a cream or milk user as that would mellow out the taste. It is great to be able to have a Starbucks coffee in a K-cup but I think in the future I will try another Starbucks K-cup selection. However, I will drink the rest of the pods!

Tried all of the various brands of Starbucks. Enjoy the Anniversary Blend and seasonal offerings: Thanksgiving-Christmas-Holiday blends. But my number one is Pike Place. The taste, first thing in the morning ,puts me in the right frame of mind for the rest of the day. My favorite.

From the first aroma of the smooth rich grounds of a freshly opened bag to the best coffee whether unaltered or enhanced, the other coffees I've tried just don't compare. The quality is certainly well worth spending a small amount more on. Thank you Starbucks!

The coffee is OK. The pods are small and you only get about 5 ounces of coffee per pod. So you use two pods to get a decent size cup. Plus, the pods are more expensive than the other brand and the selection is very limited - to ONLY Starbucks products and few of those. Wish I had done more defensive shopping.

It gives me the perfect morning pick me up that I need. I love making it one cup at a time so there is no wasted coffee if I decide I only need one cup.
