THESE BEANS DON'T TASTE LIKE NORMAL COFFEE !

At first, I'm from China and my English is poor. So I'm trying my best to make this comment. This beans smell so bad that I can't feel the fragrance of coffee. I brewed them through my drip coffee maker, and the brewed coffee tasted so bitter. They're different from the beans which are used to make espresso in store. They're tooooooo strong for me and I can't adapt to them.

my wifes favorite coffee

My wife appreciates that she can still buy the french roast via coffee from your store since it is no longer on any shelves at any Starbuck stores we visit. She hopes you will keep it as an item from your store that she can continue to purchase on the internet. Thank you

Wasteful

Yes it’s cute and fun to open a new can, the novelty aspect is great. But this is such an extremely wasteful product. Being recyclable is not useful as many places (including in the United States) do not have a very well developed recycling program. It’s better to focus on the “reduce” rather than the recycling and a regular coffee can that reseals offers a much better value and less waste.

We thank you for providing your feedback for our team, as feedback helps our team grow to meet the demands of our fans. We'll be sure to tell our team that you'd love to see a resealable can introduced, instead of recyclable cans.

its ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried this coffee today. It wasn't the best I have had, nor was it the worst. It was VERY strong and tart, i needed to use more sugar than i normally would use. I like the little cans that it comes in, although I am thinking that part of the reason it was so tart is that I uses 2 cans to make a full pot. Maybe just one can would have been plenty? I am usually a big fan of dark roast, but I could pass on this one.

Wasteful / Cat a Food-esque

Overall this looks like cat food and is incredibly wasteful! Even if the cans are “recycle-able” so much of the recycled goods in the US are actually thrown away. It’s much better to be forward thinking and create products that worth with us and the environment vs against us. Very disappointed in Starbucks for this product.

Too strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having my morning cup of coffee! Nothing beats it! I was kind of getting sick of the same flavor so I decided to try out this Starbucks French Roast. I thought this coffee was really strong. I couldn't even finish my cup. I can only drink a few kinds of Starbucks coffee because of how strong it is to me. I was a little disappointed and was hoping I would enjoy it.

No other flavor will do!

My husband and I have tried many, many brands and bold flavors. This one is just our all-time favorite. We still have some of the others in the house. But my heart sinks a little when we're out of the Starbucks French Roast and I have to settle for something else. How in the world does Starbucks do it? The flavor and aroma are stellar.

Great Coffee and Idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I readlly like the idea portion control, It really helps with saving coffee, no making more than you need, I think they could do better on the packaging maybe more environment friendly biodegradable packaging would be nice, but I really love the entire concept they have going. The coffee taste great and is always fresh and you only make what you need, so it help with no being wasteful.
