[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Starbucks coffee, and drink it everyday. Recently I tried their Caffè Verona® coffee. The containers are the perfect size for my smaller coffee pot. It is fresh and strong, giving me the energy to start my day.

An excellent roast for anyone who loves coffee with a strong, smoky, an almost dark chocolately taste with just the right amount of bitterness. It should be enjoyed black to fully appreciate it''s taste and flavor. Adding cream and/or sugar would be insulting to such a wonderful roast. Using a French press to make coffee with Starbucks French Roast is by far the best way to truly appreciate this roast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Starbucks coffee, so I decided to give the Fresh Brew French Roast a try. It was very easy to make a pot of coffee as you only need to empty the can into your drip filter, fill your coffee maker with water, and brew. The French Roast has a rich and bold flavor to it, which I love, and since I am using the single can to brew, I am assured of a fresh cup of coffee each time. The cans are very convenient and easy to store as well. Also, the small cans allow me to take them with me while on-the-go, while traveling, or even to work. I am loving the French Roast flavor and the Fresh Brew cans, and would definitely recommend them to anyone who enjoys a fresh cup of coffee like I do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the Starbucks French Roast, it's definitely the darkest roast I have had, which is great for me, the darker the better! The scent of this coffee was exquisite! It was deep, chocolately, and not too bitter like other dark roasts I have tried. I will definitely be re-ordering this flavor, especially because they don't serve this roast at the Starbucks counter (at least near me), so it's the only way to enjoy it! If you like dark roasts, this is the king of dark roasts- it brings the flavor and tastes so fresh even though it's pre-ground! Total winner for me.

I enjoy Starbuck's Via instant coffees period. But I love the French Roast! I am delighted that I am able to purchase the French Roast on line because I no longer find it in the Starbuck's coffee shops! I am not sure why? Please do NOT discontinue this line. The richness, aroma and taste keeps me coming back for more!

At first, I'm from China and my English is poor. So I'm trying my best to make this comment. This beans smell so bad that I can't feel the fragrance of coffee. I brewed them through my drip coffee maker, and the brewed coffee tasted so bitter. They're different from the beans which are used to make espresso in store. They're tooooooo strong for me and I can't adapt to them.

When you open the package you smell the wonderful aroma of fresh coffee. I highly recommend this coffee and I would definitely purchase again.

I love the Starbucks French Roast coffee. I buy the beans and grind them myself. I love the rich coffee, almost chocolate flavor of the brew. I'm never without Starbucks French Roast at my home. If you love flavorful coffee, give this a try. You will never go back.

I was so happy to get some of the French roast Via's. I thought I was pretty hip having my via cup, but I understand that vias are like antique now but I still love them I love my Cup that I can slide my packets into and have six at my disposal. I also love my little one cup electric maker. Never stop making them!
