This was a gift for my wife. In all candor, unfortunately, I have never understood the difference between K-cups and Pods, so they can't be used on our machine. Lesson learned. My bad, not Starbucks'.

Who made the decision to discontinue a customer favorite? French Roast is the best of the dark roasts available. Please consult your customer base when making product choices.

The coffee smells good but it is too bold. Has a taste like someone put out their cigar in your mug. Not my favorite. Pikes Place and Sumatra are my favorite.

I just went through a 30 cup sampler of dark roast k cups and none compared to how much I enjoy the French Roast from Starbucks. Many others had a burnt coffee or stale taste. I love this coffee black.

Starbucks offers such a wide range of options, but we keep comin' back to French Roast because we've yet to find anything in the DARK ROAST family to compare. We drink it black and savor the zing!

AS I use French Roast daily I was happy to see VIA using that roast. while it doesn''t give me the same satisfaction, it is certainly second best. I''ll use it for that occasional cup when I don''t want to brew a whole pot.

How can you discontinue this roast! It's delicious nothing compares. I'm super disappointed. Won't be buying my coffe from you any more, done. Never coming back.

I really enjoy your coffee and especially like the one pound bag. However, I find the shape of the bag does not conform well to my canister shape. I Would love to see it shorter and fatter so I can avoid separating a small portion out for it to fit.

VIA French Roast has great bold flavor in an instant coffee. It travels well and is so quick and easy to make. I carry a packet or two with me everywhere.

I was shocked at how average these beans were. Not much flavor, which is too bad since I ordered five pounds of the coffee. Pretty disappointed. Really disappointed. Has Starbucks lost its way with coffee?
