I like the bigger size for a decent price, normally I would have to buy at least 2 elsewhere.

There are many uses for cornstarch! Not just a thickener!Back in the day before all the diaper rash creams, corn starch was used for diaper rash and other health issues! It’s still good for you! You can even put in ref or freezer to get odors out!

The c orn starch was fresh and I used it to make SOS Mix. I like the larger container, because it keeps the cornstarch fresh a long long time! I also used it to calm a bug bite. Dabbed a paste of Argo Corn Starch and water over the bite and the urge to itch ceased!

This is an economical value. I use it to make pudding, gravy, seitan and other foods that need thickening. It also make a good alternative to talcum powder without the dangers of talc. I add it to my rubber dish gloves to make them easier to take off and keep dry.

I cook a lot of gravy's and sauces and use this corn starch a lot for thickening instead of flour, better on carbs. My mom and grandmothers all brought me up using ARGO cornstarch. In my opinion it is the best! Sam's Club offers a great price for this product as well

I use a lot of cornstarch & love this brand; however, the way it was packed was a problem. It was packed too tightly on its side & apparently the box was dropped or bumped hard as it totally split the lid from the jar & cornstarch spilled everywhere. Air pullows were placed on top but not on sides or bottom. What a mess!

Memories of having my one school uniform starched to hardness of a plank & forgetting said uniform on a bus while visiting one of the girls & having to wear civilian to school the next day, having the whole convent school find out I had only one dress which grandma did not seem to mind as it was washed frequently & I did not realize that having only one uniform for the entire week was not the norm among students & speaking up to grandma was forbidden. Talk about an embarrassing death sentence among teenagers.

I'm low carb/gluten free. Bought Argo Cornstarch to make gf Nowegian seed crisps. Have worked on getting it to be the best it could be, including adding Everything But the Bagel seasoning or homemade vanilla bean paste, in addition to the original flavor. Cornstarch does have more carbs then I usually eat, so cut back on the amount. Got them really thin and crispy with less. Don't know if I can attribute that to the brand; however, this is the only brand I've used. Nice to be able to buy a larger quantity at Sam's.
