Do not recommend this item. It doesn’t stay on my nose all night, even if I cleanse my nasal area with alcohol before application. It often falls off within 5-10 minutes of application. Very disappointed!

These didn't stick as well as the older ones. I didn't like the glue residue left behind from their products so i switched to the sams brand. Sams were half price! No residue and they never fail off.

Other reviewers had this right, the quality of this style is just awful. The only reason that I give it one star is because 0 stars is not available. "Sensitive Skin" is code for "does not stick", if Sam's does not restock the Tan I'll move my membership elsewhere and never come back.

These are awful. I got them because they didn’t have the members mark tan ones in stock. These don’t stick as well and leave a ton of the adhesive residue on my skin after I take them off. The members mark ones stick way better and stay on and don’t leave ANY residue.

I have loyally purchased the Tan extra strength breathe right strips from Sam’s for a number of years. Why would they remove a good product and replace it with one that is just plastic. Your body heat is trapped under the plastic releasing the adhesives effectiveness. I have had these come off on my pillow, on most occasions one side just pops up during the night making them completely ineffective. The tan strips were breathable fabric that helped dissipate your body heat without releasing the adhesives effectiveness. These are going back - I guess I’ll be purchasing them elsewhere from now on.

I bought this breathe right nasal strip and the member's mark brand at the same time. This one makes my nose really greasy and the strip comes off enough before morning that it doesn't really work (I apply it after a shower and my skin is clean and dry). The members's mark brand stays better. I'm going to stick with the cheaper ones (they also work a little less by morning, but they are still attached at least!)

When they changed the packaging, the product also changed. I noticed that it isn't as wide and not as much stickiness to stay on my nose throughout the night. Evidently this was a cost cutting measure.

The clear ones DO NOT stay on. Tan ones are great! I have a deviated septum. Need these nightly to sleep. The tan ones are out of stock so I has to buy the clear but they simply don't stay on

dont be fooled by buying these. buy the tan extra strength only. these dont stay on. dont believe me though, check whats out of stock. those are what sells. these are in stock because a lot of people are wised up.

I used these for the last two nights and both nights the ends came up and did not help at all. I have used CVS's brand and have not had that problem, so I am going back to CVS.
