I've usually used the tan version of these and most strips from other brands but these clear ones were all that were available at the actual store. These are BAD. They almost instantly start to tickle my nose as they begin to un-stick. If I'm able to fall asleep with these on, I wake up within a couple hours to one side being completely detached from my nose. I don't know if it's these specific clear hypoallergenic sensitive skin ones, or the brand as a whole, but something is very off with these.

They do not stay in place on my nose. Possibly slightly oily skin effect or a smaller nose bridge. I don't know but when I first put it on.I do feel relief until they shift.

The transparent strip for sensitive skin does not work as good as the Tan strip. It does not hold well. It starts out well but gradually looses its hold. By morning it drops off. In comparison, the Tan strip holds well throughout the night.

They dont stay on. Love the other breathe right strips, but these for sensitive skin don’t stay on. And its the only one Sams carries. Come on Sams. Carry the breathe right strips.

I wash my face, then use rubbing alcohol to eliminate any oil from my nose area, and let it dry. Then I applied these. They are larger than the regular size with the same exact adhesive. They do not fit small noses and they still detach in the middle of the night, defeating the purpose of using them. Also, had the adhesive been tested for PFAS? I cannot find the answer to that question.

My store I shop, stopped selling the extra strength tan nasal strips and started selling these. You would expect them to be the same as the tan ones except being the clear type, but NO they are not the same. By morning they are barely holding on and with a slight flick of the finger it's off your nose. I guess to get back to the original ones I will have to order them....(quite the pain). Guess for sensitive noses It would be best....But for me......Man up and get the ones that work and stay on all night long. Worthless compared to the original ones.

Definitely helps if you have a deviated septum.

Works every time I have minor sinus issues at night.
