I am a little over a week into my jar and so far I have not seen one improvement. I have fine lines around my eyes and and wrinkles around my mouth. I use the daily thermal face wash and the micro sculpting cream and I have not seen any difference at all.

I have loved this product for years. But you recently reduced the thickness of the plastic piece below the cap and now I cannot get the product open. It is to thin to easily remove it. I spend at least 15mins a day trying to remove this piece. Yes, I know you are supposed to throughout this piece after 1st opening it. However, I travel a ton and without this piece, it explodes all over my luggage. Please go back to the old packaging!

Really wanted to love this as I've been looking for a good facial moisturizer to replace my discontinued Mary Kay, but this left my face oily and feeling greasy. Used a small amount and it's been sitting in my cupboard since. A lot to spend on a product that didn't live up to the hype for me.

I don't understand why this product get so many great reviews. This product must have something in at like silicone or something that makes it sat on top of your skin and it rolls up like little beads on your skin. I have used high end products that are peer without SLS or parabens or silicone and it absorbs well without setting on my skin. I strongly dislike this product

Been using Regenerist Micro-sculpting cream for a number of years believing my ‘zit' medication was the reason for my shirts turning color and turns out, it's from this cream!! It's discoloring my NodPod - so now I know the culprit!! Will be looking for another product as I HATE it ruins all my shirts in the front neck area.

I am 55 yrs. old. I have been using this little red jar for yrs. If you want beautiful, soft, wrinkle free skin you have to buy this product. However, there is a difference in the original micro-sculpting & the fragrance free. The original micro-sculpting cream just works better, it makes my skin softer & I absolutely love this product. Thank You, Olay for continuing to give us all products that work. Please never discontinue Olay original micro-sculpting cream ♡

your new formula is terrible! Why did you change it? The previous formula was SO MUCH BETTER!!! I dont know why companies ruin a good thing by changing it. Now after years of using it I will have to look for another brand cause this new formula is just terrible. your previous formula was so much better. Please bring back the old formula! I had to give this one star cause of the system, but this new formula really deserves NO STARS!

Simply awful. After just one use with a very small amount of cream my face became red, blotchy, puffy & hot as if I was badly sunburnt. I've never had such a reaction to anything & I bought this product based on a consumer choices review & rating, I should have read the reviews here where so many other customers had the same reaction. Why is this product still on the market?

just received this today and i was so excited when i opened the jar it was like milk and alot of it went down the drain i know its hot and the temps were near 90 but maybe you should not ship in hot weather. i cannot wait to try this and i hope my rating will go up to a five

I was excited to start using this product. I do not like the scent. It seems to sit on my skin & not absorb. if I rub my chin, for example, it comes off in flakes. Strange, I've never had a moisturizer do that. Anyhow, I'll use up my jar because it was expensive. Going back to No.7.
