Immediately, I liked the way this serum made my face (neck and upper chest) look. So, I would have to say, I really, really like this serum. It it is the best moisturizer I have ever used. I use it morning and night and it is so smooth and silky and vanishes almost immediately while leaving your skin soft, smooth and feeling hydrated. Does it micro-sculpt your face or actually remove wrinkles? I can't answer that. But I know it evens out my skin and makes it feel wonderful. I live in a desert region where everything tends to dry out but this seems to provide just the right amount of hydration for me at this point in time. Very easy to use and I have not noticed any fragrance (good or bad).

At 50, I had noticeable forehead wrinkles & lines at the corners of my eyes. I tried a cheaper cream, but my skin became extremely dry. I went back to Olay & THEN I saw dramatic change! The reviews of it "rolling" on the face are from the user having used too much. Cost wise, I find it reasonable for the price & if I had to choose, I would give up other beauty regimens to afford it. Give it a try; I think you'll notice a visible improvement in your skin & the reduction of facial wrinkles.

My skin always feels better after I apply the cream and it is not greasy like some other products. Olay is the olny product I buy. I also love the cleaning products too!

I really enjoy this product - my skin tends to be somewhat greasy in the summer - and while this is a thicker cream - it seems to leave almost a matte finish on my skin as opposed to a shiny look. And to top it off - it does not make my skin break out at all! I really like using it as an evening moisturizer.

Your facial skin looks young, tender, and plump next morning. After long-term use, my face looks even better. This one is best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] over the years, i have used so many different products that claimed to do 'restore', 'revitalize', and basically hand you the fountain of youth in a jar. olay's regenerist micro-sculpting cream actually DID smooth my fine lines and give me younger looking skin within just a few days! the cream is light weight, has a light, pleasant fragrance that dissipates quickly. my dry skin felt immediately moisturized and hydrated - and there was a noticable difference in the texture of my skin in less than 3 days. i would highly recommend this cream!

I'm 68 years old & have used Regenerist Micro Sculpting cream since it came on the market & am convinced that it is the best anti-aging cream out there. My skin feels soft, firm & very noticeably smoother! I've used numerous brands, in all price categories, that did give good results but have not found a cream that gives the results that Micro Sculpting cream does. Olay proves that you don't have to break your budget buying highly touted dr endorsed creams to get great results.
