The formula is lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling greasy. Even though it contains zinc oxide, it rubs in easily and doesn't leave a noticeable white cast behind. It layers well under makeup and gives me the added benefit of daily sun protection without feeling like I'm wearing sunscreen. I have very sensitive skin (particularly to any sunscreen) and had no irritation from this lotion. The best part is no white cast - usually anything with zinc oxide is hard to rub in, and this lotion felt like a hydrating, moisturizer going on - not a sunscreen product. When I exercised, it didn’t run into my eyes. I loved how hydrated and nourished my skin felt. Makeup applied easily over the lotion. I wish it had a higher SPF. 15 was ok for when I was in and out of the sun, but I need something higher if I’m in the sun for any extended period of time. First I was shocked to open the bottle and found a lot of tiny hair on the rim. I cleaned them off and started using the lotion. Super nice and smooth to put on and it doesn’t give you the thick pasty feeling. Seems to be working good for the sun. Doesn’t give you a whole lot of protection but for the time it’s a good sunscreen lotion.
