Although it's a lotion moisturizer it's not overly thick and doesn't leave the type of residue feeling you would think for a lotion. I don't think it is an ideal texture for applying makeup over though, I did see some makeup creasing and oil issues within my t-zone. I think it is great for no makeup days though and is definitely sensitive enough to use on the whole body as well. I do wish the SPF was maybe higher also. I used this the following day on myself as part of my daily routine. The weather here is very weird so we have days it’s cool and days where it’s the surface of the sun so sunblock comes in handy. The container is small enough to tuck into my bag so it won’t get crushed or take up a lot of space. It doesn’t have that greasy texture or funky smell some sun blocks have. It’s gentle enough on my skin without the rash that sometimes follows scented or greasy creams. Defined recommend
