When the moisturizer doesn’t blend well, balls up, or flakes off your skin, it’s often referred to as "pilling," which can happen for various reasons. To minimize this issue, make sure to apply the product on clean, dry skin. Often, pilling occurs when too much product is used, so we recommend trying a smaller amount and gently patting it onto your skin instead of rubbing it in. If you continue to face the same problem, it might mean that the moisturizer is too rich for your skin type. In that case, we suggest considering one of our daytime serums, which provides hydration without the heaviness of a lotion or cream.
