I have 3 German shepherds. I want them to have good hip and bone health. 2 of the dogs are litter mates and play extremely hard. One of the two always ended up limping. And cause of the hard play would actually have a very hard time peeing. I started them all on this and with in a week the limping went away and he can pee normal. Vet told me he had hip and internal inflammation this stuff has helped him night and day. They still rough house but no one lumps or acts hurt anymore.

I was giving my dog cosequin pills, which was a hassle because she didn't want to eat them. Thought I'd try these. I've been giving them to her for over 6 months, she eats them like a treat and her hip dysplasia flair ups have decreased dramatically. Highly recommend for dogs with hip and joint problems.

These chews do seem to be good for our dogs and help with them with getting around better. The package says “chewy” but they have not been what I consider chewy which is a little disappointing. They have been more hard like a small bone. I continue to purchase these but I know what to expect with the texture now.

I am glad I decided to give the Cosequin soft chews a try. I have been buying the Cosequin hard tablets and it was a daily challenge with my pup. He didn't not like them one bit and took forever to eat them. These soft chews are much easier to give and he hardly fusses about them. I am not sure if its the texture or the formula [soft chews are much darker in color than the hard pill] but he eats them without any issues. Actually, I was not aware that soft chew version existed I happen to come across them at random. On a side note, I would have prefered packaging to be a container instead of the zip-bag/pouch. It would be much easier to store and access if these were in a jar/bottle.

My Boston Terrier, Zoey loves these. They taste so good to her that she doesn't even chew them. I bought these for her because she has a floating knee cap and joint pain. It helps her with pain. She plays and jumps on the couch. Her coat is shiny too. I think the supplements plus the Pro Plan dog food is what's doing that.

Sam's club by far has the best price for your money. My dog has been on Cosequin for about three years now, it has made such a difference on my dogs mobility. Before he started I could tell he was in pain not wanting to put pressure on his back leg and was having a hard time getting up from his naps. It took about three weeks before I started seeing results, now he has no problem getting up from naps and no longer walks on three legs. Our vet also recommend this to us, according to our vet big dogs or older dogs need extra vitamin for they joints.
