I purchased this product from Sam’s Club in March, 2017 for a significantly higher price, also purchased one for a wedding gift. I was very impressed when I first got it. Absolutely nothing would stick to it, just like on TV. Now EVERYTHING STICKS, even though I am very careful to never use high heat, sharpe utensils or cooking spray. The square pan still works fine but it is used much less frequently and only for baking. I do not recommend this product, it does not live up to the claims made on the infomercial, and if I still had the box and receipt, I would be returning it.

Received this as a Christmas gift, and brand new out of the box is a significant flaw in the interior copper surface of one of the pans that will affect the cooking and non-stick. I contacted the manufacturer customer service as per owner's manual, for replacement under warranty. They informed me they would not replace it because I do not have a receipt (It was a gift, I explained again, offering to immediately email pictures of the new pans, the flaw, the original box with UPC, all the paperwork and cardboard and plastic packaging .... or....send the whole set to the manufacturer in the original box for replacement). Manufacturer refused to honor the warranty, refused to stand by their flawed product. Of note the warranty says to get a replacement the customer has to PAY THE SHIPPING to send the pan back and SEND AN ADDITIONAL $14.99 by check or money order to get a "replacement!" Basically you are purchasing a new pan, not getting a replacement under warranty. We have an omlette pan from Tristar Cooper Chef Pro and it warped after a few months so that it rocks on the stove and won't sit flat, and heats unevenly. I would suggest that these pans are low to medium quality at best and are priced too high for the low quality you get. If you get them as a gift with no way to get a receipt, the manufacturer will NOT work with you and will NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. Will not purchase Cooper Chef Pro again, and will not purchase any Tristar product.

These are all wonderful. I have used these for several weeks now and often with absolutely no oil, butter, sprays, etc. Nothing sticks. These pans heat quickly and evenly. The price is phenomenal, especially considering the quality. My wife said we should throw all our other pots and pans out.

i have used these pans several times to cook ground beef, hash browns, and chicken pot pie and they're amazing. Nothing sticks at all. I 100% recommend.

The set carried by Sam's was much nicer than the smaller 5 pc. Set at competitor and was comparably priced except Sams included the frying pan and was a much larger version.

I brought this set at sams last month. We love this set so much. We fried chicken, made lasagna. Made many time Chinese stir fried dish. Very satisfied.

I love my pot, since I purchase it i hardly usebmy other pots and pans, truly nonstick , few days ago I went and purchase the tray and fries basket, it wonderful, no fries in oil, great products

Pans are nice, but 12" skillet and fryer too big. Wish I had bought 10" at another store. Guess it's good for larger family. Recommend product, not size.

I bought this set after Christmas and had to drive 200 miles to get them. It was well worth the drive and the money even though I could not buy it on the one day sale. I wish they sold regular size pots like these I would buy the whole set.

I have used these before and they work great. I went to my local Sam's club in Fountain Valley, CA yesterday at 8am to purchase these during the one day only sale. They were already sold out. When I got home at 9am I went on the internet to order and they were sold out online. It did say that the pan set was in stock at my local Sam's club though. I tried to post a similar post yesterday but it was rejected due to being "vague and lack of personal experience".
