Returned these items yesterday due to food sticking and leaving a film after cooking. The first few times you cook, the pans are great. I would cook, let them soak then wash off and no scrubbing. After about a week of using daily my food would stick and be a pain to wash. You could see a film on the pan that was wearing off. I was highly disappointed.

So, I actually bought two sets of these pans. They are quite nice out of the box, but it became obvious that the advertisements exaggerates the ability to use metal spoons in the pans without scratching. Also, I used the deep pan and basket to do some deep frying... it did something in that process ruined the interior at the boil line the pan will not clean. Pans are still usable, just no longer "pretty." But out of curiosity, I look the Lifetime Warranty -- keep in mind, essentially each pan's retail cost is $25.00. That said, in order to take advantage of the replacement warranty, you must pack, box, and ship it to them est, $15? Then you MUST INCLUDE A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER for $14.99 EACH PAN... Well... I'm sorry but that is the most lame warranty I've ever seen. LIFETIME WARRANTY just pay retail for the replacement.

I loved this set when I first bought it. I don't cook that often, and since my purchase, have used the square pan only once, and the round pan maybe 11 or 12 times. Even with that small amount of use, and extra care to only use silicone utensils, refrain from cleaning using any sort of scrubber, etc., the round pan discolored quickly, inside and oat, the interior "copper" (colored) coating started to wear off, and the non-stick performance is very poor. Cooking hamburgers in them appears to be particularly rough on the pan, as the burgers stick and the pan is difficult to clean afterwards, while interestingly, pancakes cook pretty well.These are simply not made to last, even though the ones at Sam's are much more heavy duty than those sold in other stores.

I bought this this pan is a great pan. Love it. Do not stick or nothing.

I ordered this about 3 weeks ago. I had such a good experience may just order on-line from now on.

The sauce pan started sticking after a month and the fry basket if very thin and also sticks.

The best pans I have ever bought, makes cooking fun again!

It's the best cookware I have ever used.
