Copper Chef 7-Piece Cookware Set

I've tried almost every pan you can imagine...this is by far the best ever!!!

Missing book

I had the understanding that the pans could be used as an all in one pan. Advertising says you can use metal utensils.  When I pay an abundance of money for the set of pans, I expect to be able to use them any sort of way. All instructions say you cannot do what advertising says you can

Disappointed

I absolutely LOVE this set! Not only is the price fantastic, the pans are awesome! I thought I'd give it a real test, so first I cooked an egg without butter or cooking spray of any kind, just cracked it straight into a warm pan (which would cause the egg to stick in an average pan). It came out with no problem. Nothing stuck and I could wipe out whatever little bits were left behind with a paper towel.

Next I made caramel. I walked away from the pan, if you've ever made it before you know that is a no-no. I allowed it to get a nice dark color on it with absolutely nothing sticking to the pan. Clean up was a breeze! 

I am ready to toss my other pans and get one more small one of these and feel I'd be set.
