My Sonicare toothbrush is fantastic! In the past, I have used an electric toothbrush with a revolving brush. However, I never experienced the feeling of deep clean with the revolving brush that my Sonicare gives me. The Sonicare brush actually vibrates the food particals out from between my teeth. Since I have used a Sonicare, my dental appointments have been dramatically better! My hygenist always says I have done a great job taking care of my teeth. I know that my Sonicare is the primary reason my teeth are so clean and my gums are so healthy now! Using the Sonicare has probably enabled me to avoid losing my teeth, one by one, as I age. It is one of the best investments a person can make for their health.

My dentist recommended I use a sonicare toothbrush years ago. I purchased a different electric toothbrush without sonic technology at a much lesser price, thinking it would be just as effective in improving my overall dental health. I received a free sample of this Philips toothbrush in exchange for this review. The product came already charged and I enjoyed getting to use it right away. I quickly discovered that this toothbrush removes more plaque and whitens my teeth better than any other toothbrush I've used before. It did take some time getting used to the intense sonicare vibrations, as well as the fact that it is louder than my previous electric toothbrush. However, I am well accustomed to it now. My favorite feature is the gum care setting as I have very sensitive gums that are prone to bleeding when brushing. Thanks in part to the pressure sensor, the bristles are extremely gentle on my teeth and dental work, causing no gum irritation at all. I also love that I can actually see the microbubbles working between my teeth and around my orthodontics, helping me get the deep clean I desire. I appreciate the Brushsync replacement reminder as well, because I no longer have to guess when my brush head needs replacement. Overall, I think this Philips sonicare toothbrush is a wonderful product, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their oral care routine.

I bought this for my granddaughter for an early birthday present. She is only 16 and is already having gum issues so I am hoping this helps her. My husband and I have had our Sonicare for a couple of years and we have great dental checkups and hopefully my granddaughter will too. She has used the toothbrush for two days and already loves how her teeth feel!!

We have noticed that even though it does the same efficient level of cleaning and polishing teeth, the product itself has degraded in its reliability. The Philips toothbrushes used to last us 1-2 years before we needed to replace. Over the last 3 years, the product conks out in 6 months or less.

I had bought 2 at the same time. My other one is still working good. However,this one quit after a little over 1 year.I did not claim the warranty because I figured I would have to pay for shipping it back. I just bought a new one of the same.Hopefully it will last.

I have been a loyal Sonicare User for many years on the advice of my dentist. I received a free sample of the 6100 in exchange for my unbiased review. This model has a new brushing mode that is great for hard to reach areas. It also comes with Diamond Clean brush. The battery life seems to be longer than my past electric toothbrushes. The travel case and the battery life makes it easy to take on trips. Overall it's an improvement over my last electric brush.

I received a free Protective Clean 6100 Sonicare toothbrush to review it. My first impression was that it was smaller than I expected, which was nice. I am used to using a battery operated toothbrush, which has a fatter body. Sonicare has a sleek body. I like how it has timed settings. I realized that I have NOT been brushing my teeth for the recommended 2 or more minutes. It`s very easy to use, just press the button once the toothbrush is in your mouth and go! If you turn it on before - the toothpaste might fly off. The toothbrush is very quiet, quieter than the battery operated. The brush head is really small, which I didn`t like at first, but now I am used to it and it feels like it works better than the larger heads. I do have to say that after the full 2 minutes of using it my teeth and mouth feel cleaner than when I brushed with my old brush. The charging station is small and you just put the base onto it, no risk of falling over. It also came with a travel case, which will be helpful. The only drawback I can think of is that it is messier. The vibrations cause little droplets to fly out of your mouth if you don`t keep it closed. Overall I was surprised that I like it so much. I think it does a better job than what I was using before, so I will definitely keep using it.

First I will say that I use electric toothbrushes on a regular basis already, as my dentist has recommended this and I have found that they do a much better job of cleaning teeth than the manual ones. This particular brush, however, is much better than those that I have purchased before. First, I really like the sleek, slim design, especially since it sits on the counter in the bathroom. It is very lightweight, which I also appreciate because I have wrist arthritis which can make things difficult to grasp. Next, I really LOVE the timing mechanism that lets you know when to move to the next “quadrant” of teeth so that you brush as long as you need to - and you have the option to time it longer for better whitening effect. Let's face it, no one accurately counts seconds when brushing teeth, so this does it for you to ensure you do it properly! Finally, it is obvious that the bristles of the whitening brushhead are very effective. Honestly, I can say that after brushing with the 6100 my teeth feel and look more clean and polished than with any other toothbrushes that I have used at home. I do want to mention that I have also used a whitening toothpaste in conjunction with the brush over the last 10 days. If I had children still at home, I would absolutely insist that they use this brush to ensure they brushed their teeth long enough and effectively.

The Philips Sonicare toothbrush is great! I will start by mentioning that I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review. It is a lightweight, long, lean tooth cleaning machine. It has 3 settings which each serve a different purpose (clean, white, gums.) My teeth feel clean and smooth after each use. I have not yet noticed any difference in my teeth or gums, but I am confident and hope there may be improvement after a few more weeks. This model comes with a handy, dandy carrying case, which is quite useful as it arrived the day before a trip. I usually end up packing my toothbrush wrapped in tissue or paper towel, so the case was helpful. And it has room to carry two toothbrush heads, if you're traveling with a companion who you would be comfortable sharing the base device with. I will say it tickles my gums as I used it, but not in a bad way, just different than I've felt with similar brands. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a high end rechargeable toothbrush.

I brought the 6100 after my 5100 had issue with the head started becoming loose and made a very loud noise. So I bought a 6100 and it has been fine bit the Bluetooth never worked. I really loved using the app with my 5100. But my new 6100 I have never been able to get the Bluetooth to work on it.
