no great features, just waste of money

I bought this model during the Black Friday sale last year and it has suddenly started making loud rattling noise with irregular buzzing. It hasn't even reached warranty time and it's already malfunction. Really disappointed by Philips.

Great cleaning, but broken after a year.

Provides great cleaning. Unfortunately, after a year and a half, the metal part that goes inside the brush wobbles now and it's getting worse, eventually will fail. Definitely get a protection plan with it, it's a must!!!

Amazing

We've been through our fair share of sonicare brushes and I was glad to see Sams club had a 2 pack. Both work as expected and our checkups are still as great as they were with the diamond we had before! Excellent price and excellent clean!

Good features, but stopped working in 1 year.

It stopped working in one year. I thought my warranty was only for one year, so I bought a replacement. This will be my third Philips electric toothbrush. If it breaks within a year like the other two, I will switch brands. I do like the features.

screw comes loose like all the other models

junk, screw comes loose and makes it worthless and noisy. if you get it as a gift make sure you ask for the receipt so you can have it because you will need it for the warranty otherwise they won't do anything to fix it.

disappointed

I bought these a couple of years ago and out of nowhere they stopped working. Nothing out of the ordinary was done to it and one day it stopped. Nothing could fix it.

brushes not well made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the new charger is so small and light it falls over, it only goes 2 1/2 minutes rather than the 3 my old one did and the brush keeps losing clumps of bristles

I had a Philips toothbrush for years and loved it

I had a Philips for years but unfortunately it needed replacement . So naturally I bought another Philips. It didn't last. At first it started disintegrating around the on/off plate. Finally ithe whole plate fell apart.

The product has great features, but didn't last!

This toothbrush lasted approximately 2.5 years and the mount that holds the toothbrush on broke off. I rinsed and dried it after each use. I stored it in the plastic case it came with. I'm really disappointed. I loved the toothbrush.

I love the toothbrush
