Highly recommended by my dentist & I love the results! Also recommend not storing on charger because it will last longer if you only charge about once a month. Great product! I feel bad I used Oral B for so long when this was out there!

My toothbrushes stopped working within a year. There also seems to be the ability for water to get past the ring as the interior is all rusted which likely shortened the lifespan.

Had to replace one of the set that fell apart. Contacted manufacturer and they replaced without any issues since it was still under warranty. Feel that the Sonic cleans better than other brand.

Had about six months and it stopped working correctly. Very little vibration, feels like you get a better clean manually brushing than with it turned on.

Purchased 2 for Christmas 2019. 1st died within 6 months, 2nd, the post that holds the head on came out shortly thereafter. Bought another one with warranty, didn’t last 1 month.

Ordered this twice and both times I received a different kit than what’s pictured. You do not get a tongue brush head, just 3 basic heads. Sams won’t assist and Phillips claims they no longer make them.

I bought this to replace my previous Phillips Sonicare electric toothbrush, which I had used for several years. I expect the same good results — I have not had a cavity in those years.

Phillips has excellent products but this isn’t one of them. We bought this in-store and thought it’d be the same as the more expensive one. Teeth are left feeling dirty, it stops vibrating at the lightest pressure, turns off randomly.

This is my second Philips Sonicare. I previously used Oral B, but my dentist highly recommended the Sonicare. Since I made the switch, my hygienist always compliments my dental maintenance, so it does a better job than the Oral B. The Sonicare did take a bit getting used to. However, once I got used to it, I absolutely love it. The 30 second vibration helps me with personal accountability to be more thoughtful while I'm brushing my teeth and hit each quadrant. The battery charge lasts for 2-3 weeks before I need to recharge. This is a huge plus for me! I also love having the case for travel. As far as the two pack from Sam's, it is a fantastic deal for a higher end Sonicare. I highly recommend!
