The item in description is not correct. You get 3 heads and no tongue cleaner. Since we need soft heads instead of medium I don't need any of the heads and wanted the tongue cleaner. This type of sonic cleaner is definitely a learning curve!

Definitely a different sensation given the high frequency pulsations. I follow the timer even though I thought I wouldn’t and it helps me keep my brushing even across all quadrants of my mouth. I love that the 4500 comes with a travel case as well - very handy! I’ve used my toothbrush on a trip for 20 days now and the battery indicator is JUST now telling me I should charge it soon. Fantastic!

I’ve been an electric toothbrush user most of my life, so when I saw the DiamondClean Smart brush at my dentist’s office I had to inquire about it. I figured I’d give it a try since I’d had such good service for many years, and since the Smart brush promoted so many technologically advanced features that I could use and appreciate. I was not disappointed; besides my dentist recommending it, I discovered so many features from the well-written operating instructions to include type of cleaning options, brush replacement notification, indications of needing more focus on certain areas of teeth, and appropriate pressure indications. Moreover, I find Philips customer service to be efficient and responsive, ensuring my continued use of their products.

Our first Sonicare toothbrushes lasted for several years. However we have had to replace 1 Sonicare Healthy White toothbrushe after 4 months and then that new one quit working just after the 12 month warranty period. We are very hopeful that this model will last long enough to make it worth the money spent.

When I removed the brush head to replace it with a new one, the connecting peg in the handle came off with the brush head. Now it will not stay in the handle -- it stays in the brush head and the head comes off while I am brushing my teeth. I have used and loved Philips Sonicare toothbrushes for years, but this one is a real disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like the brush head to be a bit bigger. It can also be improved in the weight of the TB. If it had 3 speeds instead of 2 it would be great. I have sensitive teeth and an even slower setting would be great.

I chose this toothbrush as it's slimline, gets right into the mouth, reaches every tooth & it has two brush settings. It comes with a lovely white case & I purchased the pastel pink as it looks really nice for a lady. The charging unit is nice & small & the charge lasts weeks, even though I brush twice a day for minutes at a time. I have tried many models, but the 4300 (HX6800/03) I feel is the better value.

I have had a Sonicare electric toothbrush for about 20 years and it finally bit the dust. I purchased this one due to mid-range price and it not offering much less than the "superior" toothbrushes. This is super lightweight, which might be a good thing, but it feels so cheap. The handle (body) is also smooth and looks really nice - I bought black) but it is slippery. The older ones had a rubber body.

I've always been good at dental care. Not perfect but average. My mom has worked in the dental field most of my life so I've always been on top of going to dental appointments, getting cleanings. This toothbrush is like seeing a dental hygienist every morning and night! It makes your teeth feel so clean. I've always noticed a difference with whitening the short time I've had it.
