This brush was strange at first but it's great. The feeling of my teeth after is so much betteryhan with our older btushes.

Worked great when I first got it, but shortly after the prong that connects to the replaceable brushes broke rendering it just a normal tooth brush.

It really helps me feel good. My wife and I use it every day and we both confirm that it helps our dental health.

Have used for almost a month and love it. It has smaller brush which enables me to reach back molars well. Love the timer, perfect

The item in description is not correct. You get 3 heads and no tongue cleaner. Since we need soft heads instead of medium I don't need any of the heads and wanted the tongue cleaner. This type of sonic cleaner is definitely a learning curve!

I love sonic are products. I have tried others but always come back to Sonicare. Currently have this model and it is as great as all the other models I have used. Also, their customer service, should you need them, is awesome.

When I removed the brush head to replace it with a new one, the connecting peg in the handle came off with the brush head. Now it will not stay in the handle -- it stays in the brush head and the head comes off while I am brushing my teeth. I have used and loved Philips Sonicare toothbrushes for years, but this one is a real disappointment.

Our first Sonicare toothbrushes lasted for several years. However we have had to replace 1 Sonicare Healthy White toothbrushe after 4 months and then that new one quit working just after the 12 month warranty period. We are very hopeful that this model will last long enough to make it worth the money spent.
