Phillips has excellent products but this isn’t one of them. We bought this in-store and thought it’d be the same as the more expensive one. Teeth are left feeling dirty, it stops vibrating at the lightest pressure, turns off randomly.

Had to replace one of the set that fell apart. Contacted manufacturer and they replaced without any issues since it was still under warranty. Feel that the Sonic cleans better than other brand.

Good toothbrush but a bit weird. The ultrasonic vibration takes some getting used to.

Works very well, speed level is not obvious
