Seeds of change has changed my ways of eating rice. The quinoa and brown rice with garlic was really tasty and easy to make. Compared to white rice it is definitely more healthy. It is a diabetic, high cholesterol, heart healthy person new best friend. I since bought 4 more flavors to try. Also my family loves. Thanks for letting me try.

I am all for easy prep and this does not get any easier! Absolutely loved the flavors and I can see using this as a base with chicken and/or vegetables mixed in.

I received a sample of this product from PINCHme. While it was an quick, easy, and nutritious side to accompany our dinner, my family did not care for the seasoning as they felt it was overpowering. However, we all liked the texture and consistency of the quinoa and brown rice.

I fixed it in the microwave but you can also do stovetop. The microwave was really good. I will be eating this again! So much flavor! One of the best instant sides I’ve had for a long time!!

I am always on the go so I love popping one of these in my bag when I dont have any time to make a real meal. These are easy to prepare and fill me up right when I need it. They are flavorful and I feel good about eating these because they are low in fat and calories!

Even the kids loved it and I love that it didn’t take me 30 minutes to make a side dish for just a few minutes in the microwave and everyone was happy!

I received a sample of Seeds of Change's Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic from Pinchme a few months ago. I honestly did not care for this particular flavor of rice. The garlic flavor was a little too overpowering for me. And I also didn't care for the texture of the rice. This product just wasn't for me.

I received a pouch of this as a free sample through pinchme. Package was nice, loved that i could see the product through the bag, great flavor but it was a bit too dry for me. Maybe have it as a side dish instead of the main dish. Overall satisfaction was achieved.
