I received this product as a free sample from Pinch Me. Wow! What a pleasant surprise. This is a very easy side dish, (meal) to make. It is delicious. I split it with my husband, but I could have easily ate the entire amount myself. It would make an excellent vegetarian entree. I also received a coupon which I ran to the store with to get more!! Seriously, this is a very healthy, quick and yummy dish.

At first I was skeptical because I had tasted quinoa before and it wasn't very good. I gave this sample of Select seeds of change a try and I loved how easy and convenient it was to prepare but above all the taste was delicious. I have since bought more bags of this quinoa and I serve it to my family

Received this product as a sample from PinchMe. I must admit that I seldom eat grain products but wanted to give a review. The quinoa and brown rice were good and provided a filling meal. The garlic was not overwhelming. All and all, I had a satisfying meal, but the product did not excite me. It was an average meal.

I am typically not a consumer of most packaged foods due to a semi-restrictive diet, but every once in a while, something comes along that I cannot pass up. Seeds of Change is one of them. They are quick and delicious. This particular flavour is my favorite. It's nutritious in moderation though the sodium level is high. I like that it has a good amount of protein too.

I was skeptical at first because I've had quinoa before and brown rice before, but never together in the same dish. I also love garlic so I figured it would be a great choice. I loved every bit of this product. I highly recommend purchasing a pouch. I was very pleased and cannot wait to purchase another pouch and try the other products available from Seeds of Change.

I got a free sample from Pinchme and going to have to say it was just okay. I like all the ingredients separately, but together? Not so much. It had a kind of bitter aftertaste t it that I didn't care for. The garlic was pleasing without being over powering.The brown rice was good, kind of chewy. My family wasn't impressed with it, usually there are no leftovers. This product just seemed to miss the mark.

I really enjoyed the ease of use and that the quinoa and rice were perfectly cooked. The flavor profile was nice however, the garlic was a little overwhelming for my taste. I think if it were a milder garlic flavor I would have enjoyed it tremendously. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other products

I'm just burnt out on rice and don't care that much for potatoes or pasta. It was easy to prepare, but had an off smell. Didn't smell like I thought something stating it had garlic would smell. The flavor was just ok. I was the only one in my family who would eat it. It's a good idea, but a miss as far as we are concerned.

I tried a sample of Seeds of Change Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic that I’d received from pinch me and what a wonderful flavor! I admit I was expecting a bland taste from such a healthy alternative but it delivered a great taste, was very filling and I love all of the health benefits. I’ve made it part of my regular grocery list!
