I don't usually like quinoa but the combination here of brown rice made it better than I expected. I liked the slight crunch the quinoa added. The garlic flavor was well balanced and not overpowering. It tasted fresh and natural. Sometimes pre made rice can be mushy or taste too soft but this kept a nice, fresh flavor. It goes well with any type of meat, it was a nice side dish. Enough for 2-3 people. I received the product for free from PINCHme.

I got Seeds of Change Quioa & Brown Rice as a sample from Pinch me to try. We loved it and have been buying it at least once a month ever since I first sampled it. It tastes great and is simple to make. You just press the package to mix the ingredients, open it up 2 inches and microwave for 90 seconds. It is a tasty and quick side dish.

But I needed a side dish for dinner one night so I gave it a shot and I actually really liked this product alot! It has a great flavor and the texture is perfect! It was a pleasure to try this healthy side dish. It was quick to cook and paired well with the other dishes I served. The consistency was good, not too tough and not mushy. However the package says it is Garlic flavored and I did not taste any garlic whatsoever. It was a pleasant simple grainy flavor, with a hint of oil or butter.
