Very easy to serve, already cooked, 90 second in microwave. Very tasty and easy on the eyes, goes with every protein and vegetable, even on top of salads. Grill in pan for 7 mins for a little crunchiness, Most of all very tasty… lower salt is appealing for all diets.

Love this!! You can make a complete meal in less than 5 min with this or use it as a quick snack in the afternoons. I’m so glad I ran across this one and the other types. They’re organic and pop in the microwave for 90 seconds. From there, you can add a little chicken or meat and greenery if you want. This is just a versatile pack that we all love.

I absolutely love this. So easy to make and healthy. I am not a fan of garlic (my husband loves it though) and I feel that this isn’t too strong or overpowering. I use it a lot with other meals and dishes, rather than just a side. I will even add it to my microwave meals to make them stretch and taste better.

I like the flavor this side dish has. This is the perfect finish for a throw together meal. They add the right amount of carbs, because you don't have to add the entire package. I use what I need, fold the package over and put it in a seal able container. Pull it out when I need to finish a meal.
