i have used Seeds of Change many times. i like that they are already cooked, you can eat them cold or hot, use as a main meal or side dish.

I have never tried quinoa. This was not only tasty and flavorful but sooo convenient. We all loved it , even my picky children

this was easy to make. Flavor was ok, however, I was hoping for more of a garlic flavor. It seemed a little plain.
