I really like "Seeds of Change" and can eat it as a mid day meal. It keeps me satisfied until dinner. It is also very healthy and quick to prepare.

Taste is kind of bland, but ok. It's whole grain. And it's fast in the microwave if you need it NOW.

I bought these to use in my chicken fried rice recipe and, the whole family loved the texture and flavor!

Diet

This is a great-tasting, better-for-you rice/grain blend. Wish Sam's still carried other Seeds of Change products, like the Seven Whole Grains mix they used to carry along with this Quinoa mix.

Delicious, Nutritious and easy to make. I mix it with Chicken noodle soup or Campbell clunky chicken and sausage Gumbo soup. I add dry onions flakes and Canjun spice for a flavorful taste

I tried this for the first time about a month ago. Love it. Will definitely buy it again. It’s nice to find something that’s easy to prepare AND healthy!!

I'd never had quinoa previously, before I tried this product from Sam's. I'm glad that I did! Healthy food that tastes so good? What a concept! This product is never off of my shopping list!

I did not care for this at all. I brought them to work and gave them away. I like quinoa and I love brown rice, but did not like this combo. I think the seasoning turned me off.

Absolutely delicious and quick to prepare. Well priced. I added a bit of olive oil, chopped sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese....it was enough of a side dish for two people. And it's gluten free.
