Made this as a side dish for our chicken dinner. Was amazingly tasty. Everyone asked for seconds. Very easy and quick. A healthy choice for our family.

I tried Seeds of Change recently and enjoyed it much more than my regular brand. I look forward to trying more of the products this brand has to offer.

Received this sample it was ok. Not that someone else might like it better. To our family it was bland. Mushy didn't hold its shape after it was cooked. My family didn't care for it.
