This is very good! Quick and easy! Although, it does have a very strong garlic taste, it's easily remedied by mixing in your favorite vegetable(s). I added peas and carrots, and it was amazing!!

Microwave quickly for a very tasty side dish. Can be elevated to a main dish by adding a little chicken broth, canned mushrooms and peas, and shredded cooked chicken. Delicous!
