This is one of my favorite meals and takes only 90 minutes to prepare. Sometimes I add some nuts and a sprinkling of olive oil to the top. It is a very satisfying and nutritious meal.

I received this a month ago and made it with some boneless chicken breast abs broccoli and it was a HIT !!!!! I’m definitely going to stock my shelves with it.

I really love the convenience and ease of the Seeds of Change Certified Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic pouch. The garlic is not over powering and the tenderness of the brown rice is fantastic!
