I got this as a sample through pinchme I’m so glad I did though I probably never had tried it on my own but I’m glad I did not only does it taste great it’s good for you!

I have never tried Quinoa but I've read it has great health benefits. It would be a dish a could see myself trying again. Since, I received this as a free sample from Pinchme. I will be looking at different varieties that they carry.

I got a sample of the seeds of change quinoa and brown rice with galic and I have to say it wasn't to my taste, maybe it was the quinoa I didn't like. I ate it plain but I feel like if I had mixed it with some ground beef it might have been good.
