I was lucky to get the rice as a sample. I was able to share with my family, and we all fell in love. It's just an added bonus that its healthier than regularly rice! It has become a staple in our family dinners.

As I ate this, I found that it was delicious and the garlic was perfect. Usually I find that the garlic in foods is overpowering but in this it was great!

This is one of my favorite meals and takes only 90 minutes to prepare. Sometimes I add some nuts and a sprinkling of olive oil to the top. It is a very satisfying and nutritious meal.
