I received a free package of Seeds of Change certified Organic Quinoa and Brown Rice with Garlic from Pinch Me to review. It was very tasty and made with healthy ingredients like whole grain rice. It also is vegetarian and does not contain preservatives or artificial colors. It is very easy to prepare. It heats up in the microwave in its package. I used it as a side dish and also mixed in ground beef for stuffed peppers. I would recommend this and also other Seeds of Change products.
