i got this as a sample and thought id try it out. i'm not a big quinoa fan, but this mix was very nice. the rice and quinoa were equally balanced and the garlic falvor was spot on.

While I appreciate the idea of quick easy healthier rice option I found the garlic to be a little bland. I had to add a little more seasoning. But I did like the texture. It wasn't mushy or sticky. The rice was still firm.
