I got this for free as a sample from pinch me. It came at a great time, as I’m moving into eating only whole grains. Sometimes these foods can be bland, but this was honestly delicious!

I received a sample of the Seeds of Change Quiona & brown rice with garlic and I enjoyed how quick it was to prepare and the mild garlic flavor. I paired with baked chicken and green beans.
