My husband and I both loved it. Really did not take any time to make. Such a nice change from other rice dishes. We don't get Quinoa much. However, we will be buying this product and their other flavors in the near future.

I used this in the mixture for stuffed peppers and it was a great addition. The flavors blended well and made the peppers a more complete meal and are very filling. I received this free from PinchMe.

I have never tried Quinoa but I've read it has great health benefits. It would be a dish a could see myself trying again. Since, I received this as a free sample from Pinchme. I will be looking at different varieties that they carry.
