I received the pouch for free from PinchMe. I thought it was pretty bland except for the overwhelming garlic flavor. I like garlic but I don't like smelling like it for 2 days

This is a great easy option for me to have a filling healthy lunch in a hurry. Although it also works as a side dish for 2, the portion is a perfect lunch for one!

Yum! Literally yum cannot quit eating this it is so good! Also, makes you feel like you are getting energy from your food, it's great as a side or a main! You need to eat this!

I tried the Seeds of Change Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic and it was good. It had a good tasted and my kids even liked it. It is not good left over.
